In addition to the items indicated in the release notes, the software now uses a new display tool for the SMB Portal. That is why the system verifies the presence of Microsoft Visual C++ Redist Package during the update and installs it if required. Therefore, a Microsoft message may be displayed to advise the user that administrator rights are required to install this tool.

Thanks to this new tool, when you click on an external link in the SMB Portal, the web page will be displayed in your browser by default rather than in a basic version of Internet Explorer. All users will now be able to use the Place a service call option without an error occurring.

This change of tool was essential to be able to display the new SMB Portal which will be available in the coming months.
