New rates will take effect on August 1, 2021. The changes concern the following items:

• Wage rates
• Employee and employer pension plan contribution rates (employee’s and employer’s share - retirement)
• Rate applicable to the employer’s contribution to the supplementary insurance plans (a portion of the employer’s share - insurance)
• Welding qualification fund
• Indemnities for safety equipment

If you have subscribed to the CCQ Rates Management service, you can validate the CCQ rates in order to automatically obtain the new rates in effect as soon as they are available.

If you have not subscribed to the service, refer to the CCQ site for all changes. Therefore, these rates must be modified manually in the Payroll application (Input menu > Payroll > Payroll Configuration), as well as for each CCQ employee function.
