Improvements

General

• Export to Excel in spreadsheet mode: A report can now be exported to Excel in spreadsheet mode.

  In the configuration window of certain reports, the Spreadsheet Mode button has been added. Click this button to export the data to an Excel spreadsheet.

  

  In the spreadsheet, each column presents the value of a field in the Acomba X report (e.g. number, name, telephone, etc.).

  Reports that can be exported in spreadsheet mode:

General Ledger

• Accounting Per Date in Real Time : If the entry mode is Per Date in Real Time, the Prevent the use of control accounts… option can now be deactivated in order to enter accounting transactions with these accounts.

  

  In Rights Management, the user must have the Admin role or the Accounting Administrator right to deactivate this option.

• General Ledger reports: An improvement has been made in the general ledger reports in order to make it mandatory to enter an activity when the search is Customized.

  

  If no activity is specified in the entry area, a message is displayed to inform the user.

Accounts Payable

• Immediate Payment: When there is an immediate payment of a supplier invoice, a payment date different from the invoice date can now be entered for all active payment modes.

  

  To do this, the Date field has been added below the Immediate Payment option.

Corrections

General Ledger

• Transfer to Accountant: When making a backup copy in view of sending the data to the accountant, an error message was displayed in certain cases. A correction has been made.

• Year-end - Transfer Activity Balances: When generating year-end general ledger reports, the opening balance of accounts did not take into account the activity specified in the customized search. A correction has been made.

Invoicing

• Delivery Slip: When reprinting a delivery slip, in some cases empty lines were displayed for products already invoiced. A correction has been made.

• Modification of an invoice: When an invoice was modified, in some cases, the invoice generated in the general ledger was wrong. A correction has been made.

Order management

• Tax rates: As in the invoice, the tax rates can now be modified in an order, an open order, a quotation and a purchase. For example, this could be useful for products that are tax exempt or when the tax rates are modified by the government.

  

  In the transaction, click the button in the product line to display the Tax window and modify the rate in the Rate – Credit column.

Inventory

• Receiving a purchase: An error message could be displayed when receiving a purchase. A correction has been made.

External developers (SDK)

• Product components: Products that are used as components of other products can now be modified.
