Release Notes 1.5.0 – Acomba X (February 9 2015)
New modules :
- The Inventory Management module is now available. In addition to functions related to the Stocks and Procurement module, this new module offers the following functions :
- Kit Management : used to create products composed of different products to sell as kits (e.g. patio set (1 table and 4 chairs))
- Serial Numbers Management: used to ensure better management and traceability of products in inventory.
- Products Segmentation: used to generate items from a main product to simplify product numbering and make inventory management easier.
- Accounting Inventory: used to produce an inventory closing report and generate a general ledger entry in order to allocate the appropriate accounts (inventory value, cost of goods sold and inventory variation).
- The Order management module is also available. In addition to functions related to the Stocks and Procurement module, this new module offers the following functions:
- Open Order: used to create an open order for a customer, update quantities in inventory and invoice the order partially or completely.
- Quotation: used to create a quotation for a customer and subsequently convert the quotation into an order or invoice.
- Report and journal: possibility to produce a report or a journal on open orders or quotations according to various criteria and ranges.
Performance:
- Better management of random access memory to speed up system operation.
- Faster opening of various types of window: configuration (accounts receivable, accounts payable), file (customer, supplier, product, contact), transaction (customer invoice, supplier invoice, invoicing, settlement), operations (inventory counts).
General Ledger:
- Adjustment of the Transfer to Accountant function.
Accounts Receivable:
- The discount is now calculated on the invoice subtotal.
