SMB Portal

• The SMB Portal is now profiled for Acomba X users and its content is intended exclusively for them.

Accounts Receivable

• Receipt-AR Payment: This new function combines two operations in one. In the same window, an amount can be received from a customer and used to pay one or more invoices associated with this customer. "Credit" transactions will be available in the next version of Acomba X.

  

Improvements

General

• Print Options: New options have been added to print invoices, orders, open orders and quotations. In the form header, the company's address, country, email and phone number can be printed. The sales representative and territory can also be printed.

  

• Acomba X installation: Until now, installing and updating Acomba X was done per user. To better manage access restrictions, installations and updates will now be done per workstation. In addition, access rights to the databases are applied to all server administrators.

General Ledger

• Reopening the last period of the previous fiscal year: The Accounting Administrator right has been added in Rights Management -> General Ledger module -> Fiscal Year group. With this new right, the company accountant can reopen the last period of the previous fiscal year in order to make adjusting entries.

• Cheque: When printing a cheque from a customized format, the cheque number prints properly.
