• You can now view the server and customer version number in the About window.

Update

New feature

• When a more recent version of Acomba X is available, a message is displayed upon opening the software inviting you to perform the update. You also have direct access to the release notes.

General Ledger

• Reports: In the reports configuration window, Search Activities group, if the Search option is selected, an Activity column is added in the report in order to display the activities associated with transactions.
• Auto-Reconciliation (OFX file): The OFX file format of certain banks has changed. Acomba X is now compatible with this new format.

Invoicing

• Number of Copies printed: When entering a transaction in the Invoicing window, the system prints the number of copies that is entered in the Copies field.

New features

• Products Invoiced is used to generate a report on:
  • Products invoiced to one or more specific customers.
  • Customers who purchased one or more specific products.
• Import data from format: When entering a transaction in the Invoicing window, a new button can be used to import the product lines from an existing format (invoice, order, open order or quotation) in the current transaction. All you have to do is modify the prices and quantities if necessary.

Migration

• Currencies can now be activated when migrating an Acomba database to Acomba X.
