Excel RG

New feature

• With the Excel Report Generator, users can benefit from the features of Excel to create customized financial statements using data from the General Ledger module. Synchronization between Excel and Acomba X makes it possible to produce up-to-date financial statements at all times, as well as comparative analyses based on data from previous periods.

SQL Server 2014 Instance

New feature

• To maintain the performance of Acomba X and ensure its compatibility with Microsoft tools, with version 1.10.0 of Acomba X, the SQL instance can be updated from the Acomba X Administration Console-> Databases tab.

General Ledger

• Balance Sheet report: Improved drill-down in the report, mainly in terms of drilling down data on accounts in foreign currencies.

Accounts Receivable

• Cash Report: Improved cash register closing process so that the report is generated properly.
• AR Transfer Report: Improved stability when producing the report.
• Customer file: Optimized display when the file history contains a large volume of information (ConneXions module).
• Aged Trial Balance report: Optimized date display in the report header when the Deferred option is selected.

Invoicing

• Delivery Slip: When printing a delivery slip, the system now displays the current date.
• Order: Improved date management. The date can now be modified in an existing order that has terms of payment attached to it.
