• Messages following the update: Specifications have been made in the formulation of the messages that may be displayed in the authentication window after updating Acomba X.

General Ledger

• Reports: When producing a report for a future fiscal year, the opening balance displays the balance for the current fiscal year. This concerns the following reports: Account List, Transactions, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Income Statement.

Accounts Receivable

• Receipt-AR Payment: In this window, Transactions group, the Number column can now be expanded in order to display the entire transaction number.

• Print Options -Product Labels: In a customized label format, the dimensions of the label can be edited for all available models.

• User Management: The cancellation of the addition of a user is managed properly.

Company

• Government Taxes report: In boxes 114 and 214 of this report, the amount of tax payable on real property is now calculated properly.

General Ledger

• Financial Reports: When producing a Balance Sheet or an Income Statement with the Account Grouping option per 10 or per 100, the balance of the accounts is displayed properly in the report, even if the previous balance or current balance is zero.

Invoicing

• Invoicing: When printing an invoice, if the product lines all fit on the first page, a second empty page no longer prints unnecessarily.
• Order: When a product is added to an existing order, the discount is calculated automatically if a discount is allowed for the customer.

Accounts Receivable

• Receipt-AR Payment: When performing a receipt-AR payment with discount, the amount of the payment for the 2nd invoice is calculated correctly, as well as the related discount.
